CRITICAL PHASE​

​In light of recent developments with our partnerships in Kentucky, Arizona, Texas, and Idaho, QUX Technologies & StratMatEx (Strategic Materials Exchange) are positioned as the technological leader in encryption technology, critical minerals mining & extraction technology, as well as the world's first critical minerals commodities exchange.  In the next several weeks, several opportunities have emerged for our companies and partnerships to fulfill the "national emergency" mandate set forth by the Trump administration.   We are offering a limited group of investors access to the terms of the projects we are developing, as well as the opportunity to invest in several projects.

If you have the means to invest $25,000 or more, you will be offered a contract directly with QUX to fund one of the several prospective critical minerals extraction sites in Arizona, Idaho, and Texas.   QUX will guarantee in writing 100% return on your investment within 12-24 months, as well as residual returns capped at $2.5-$10 Million dollars.   We currently have many sites projected to be started in the states of Arizona, Idaho and Texas, with one active project in Kentucky appraised in the 10's of billions of dollars (conservatively).  Essentially, your investment will be pooled with other investors in a "Private Placement";  you will double your investment in 12-24 months, and then receive residual payouts capped at $5-10 million.  (This is only possible due to the current National Emergency declared by the Trump administration regarding Critical Minerals currently being purchased from China).
